Privacy policy for events organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (identification code of a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Ukrainian Enterprises and Organisations – 00012925; location: 01601, Kyiv, 7 Hrushevskyi Street) (hereinafter — Ministry of Health) informs how it processes your personal data for the purpose of your participation in events organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health.
1. What personal data does the Ministry of Health collect?
The Ministry of Health collects your name and phone number to register you as a participant in the event.
2. How does the Ministry of Health collect personal data?
If you wish to participate in an event organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health, you provide the above mentioned personal data through a registration form.
3. For what purpose does the Ministry of Health process personal data?
The Ministry of Health processes your personal data for the purpose of:
  • Registering you as a participant in an event organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health.
  • Providing feedback or notifying about a change in the conditions of an event organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health.
  • The manager of the processed personal data is the Ministry of Health.
  • The Ministry of Health does not transfer your personal data to third parties, except co-owners, in case of co-organisation of events.
4. How does the Ministry of Health store personal data?
Personal data will be stored for the entire period of registration for an event organised / co-organised by the Ministry of Health. Personal data is deleted within 10 days after the end of the event.
5. Your rights regarding the protection of personal data:
The Ministry of Health informs you that you have the following rights:
  • Right of access – you can ask us for copies of the personal data that have been collected.
  • The right to correction – you can make a request to correct information that, in your opinion, is incorrect, incomplete, or false.
  • The right to deletion — if you no longer want your personal data to be processed by the Ministry of Health, you can request its deletion.
  • You also have other rights under the legislation of Ukraine that governs personal data protection.
